The complete step for IncrediMail pop settings with examples.

  1. Open IncrediMail. Select “Tools” > “Email Accounts”.
  2. Click “Add” then choose “Other”.
  3. E-mail address : Full email address, Password : Email account password.
  4. Then click “Next”.
  5. Fill in the Incoming and Outgoing mail servers details:
  6. Account type : POP3 / IMAP
  7. Ingoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
  8. Outgoing mail server : mail.yourdomain.com
  9. Then click “Next”.
  10. Click “OK”.
  11. Select “Tools” > “Email Accounts”, double click Data plugs email account.
  12. Click “Servers”, make sure Username : Full email address.
  13. Click “Advanced” tap and confirm the Server Port Numbers.

  1. I need the outgoing mail server setting "My server requires authentication" to NOT be ticked in order to send emails. However every now and then it ticks itself and no matter how many times I untick the box, the tick comes back. So now I can only receive emails - cna't send any at all. I'VE HAD ENOUGH!!
