Click “Servers”, make sure Username : Full email address.
Click “Advanced” tap and confirm the Server Port Numbers.

I need the outgoing mail server setting "My server requires authentication" to NOT be ticked in order to send emails. However every now and then it ticks itself and no matter how many times I untick the box, the tick comes back. So now I can only receive emails - cna't send any at all. I'VE HAD ENOUGH!!
